Raven Support stores only what it needs to run your server’s configuration and features — guild settings, your knowledge base, and operational data like tickets and moderation cases. Bring-your-own API keys are encrypted at rest and never returned to the browser. We don’t sell your data.
To answer follow-up questions sensibly, the assistant can keep a short set of notes about a member — durable things like their setup, stated preferences or a recurring problem — summarised from conversations they have with the bot. Notes are stored per server, are never shared between servers, and are capped at a few hundred characters. Server admins can turn memory off for the whole server, and it is pruned automatically after the retention period for the server’s plan.
If you are a member of a server using Raven Support: /memory view shows exactly what is stored about you, /memory forget deletes it and stops the assistant building a new profile, and /memory remember opts you back in. Leaving a server deletes the notes it held about you.
